- Brew! (http://twtpoll.com/fqcrrt to input)
- Maybe bottle the stout, keg the wit
- Email DU Business profs about having some MBA students help with the B. Plan
- Talk so some engineers (Like Mike!)
- Talk to my landlord about brewing in the garage
- Find a new place to live if ^ goes poorly
- Maybe call up the TTB about ^
- Look into small commercial real estate properties if ^ goes really poorly
- Talk to the guys at the homebrew shop about ordering in bulk
- Join a homebrew club (I know, I know, why haven’t I done this yet)
- Enjoy a beer.

UPDATE:
Bought supplies from Beer at Home for another batch of the blonde. Gave them some IPA. They LOVED it.
UPDATE:
Transferred the Belgian Wit to a secondary fermenter.

Howdy, just found your website off beernews.org. I’m not sure which bit of Denver metro you are, but I’d like to invite you to the KROC homebrew club (kroc.org). We’ve got some pretty fantastic homebrewers and even a brewpub brewer. We meet at the Beer at Home up in Westminster. Our next meeting is this Thursday (4/16).
Good luck on the brewery!
Hey Kyle,
Thanks! I’ll look into it and get back to you. I’d love to hookup with a club, and that one sounds pretty sweet. (or pretty malty, as the homebrew shop guy corrected me)
PJ-
I met Giovauna and Emily in a Munich Biergarten yesterday. They were likely doing serious research for you brewery. Emily really likes the Dunkel (Dark) Bier. When I previously lived in Munich, I really liked Hofbrauhaus Dunkel Gold Bier which is not produced any longer. When I returned to the US I was making my own Bier and the Brewmaster helped me come up with this very good copy of the Hofbrauhau Dunkel. Here it is for whatever it is worth. I think the recipe is for about 7.5 gallons of water:
Dunkels Bier (Hofbräu Haus Dunkel Gold Clone)
• 12 lb Pilsner Malt
• 10 lb Munich Malt
• 7 lb Aromatic Malt (Belgian)
• 1 ½ lb Crystal Malt
• 0.5 lb Chocolate Malt
60 minutes 6 oz Saaz Hops
30 minutes 2 oz Saaz Hops
15 minutes 2 oz Saaz Hops + 0.3 oz Irish Moss (Do not stir from here on)
Bavarian Lager Yeast
